الحسين بن علي بن محمد بن جعفر، أبو عبد الله الصيمري: قاض فقيه، كان شيخ الحنفية ببغداد. أصله من صيمر (من بلاد خوزستان) ولي قضاء المدائن، ثم ربع الكرخ إلى أن مات ببغداد. له (مناقب الإمام أبي حنيفة - خ) في مغنيسا الرقم 1342 نسخة نفيسة كتبت في حلب سنة563 ونسخة أخرى في دار الكتب، حديثة، و (مسائل الخلاف في أصول الفرق - خ) في شستربتي 3757
